AtivoLabs ("we," "us," or "our") provides technology solutions and services through our various products including AssetLink, Linka AI, and Sócia. These Terms govern your access to and use of our Services.

AtivoLabs provides various technology solutions and services, including but not limited to:

• AssetLink: A platform for tokenization and investment in real-world assets
• Linka AI: Artificial intelligence solutions for business automation and data analysis
• Sócia: A comprehensive real estate CRM and SaaS platform

We continually update and improve our Services. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features or functionality, or to suspend or discontinue a Service altogether, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of AtivoLabs or any third party
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable

All intellectual property rights in our Services and their content, features, and functionality are owned by AtivoLabs or our licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, software, text, images, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

Any use of our Services not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATIVOLABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ATIVOLABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ATIVOLABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AtivoLabs, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Lisbon, Portugal, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
